Refund Policy

Here at we aim to provide you with 100% satisfaction from all our products. But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, please read the following.

Return and refund are only accepted for items purchased directly from this website. Returns will only be honored within 4 hours of receipt of the item, unless the return comes under the terms of the 2-year warranty. Change of mind returns must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition. You are however not eligible for a refund if one of the following occurs:

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong delivery address);
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Iroki Maldives (i.e. not cleared by customer, delayed due to Force Majeure);

Pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. Please contact us for a return authorization.
In your return package please include:

  • Your original order number and your email address you ordered from us with;
  • A note of explanation for the return of the items in the package;
  • A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

* You must contact us first and include a note to get your refund or replacement.

Returns are at your cost and are your responsibility whilst in transit (e.g. any loss, theft or damage). Please ensure that the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information must still be on the product and in the packaging. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. 

As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect condition(change of mind returns), a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Please allow up to 1-3 working days to process once return package is received.
